Any Advanced Search is charged by the number of collected results each weighted based on its price range:

Item cheaper than 100€	: 1 Token
100€ < item < 1000€	: 2 Tokens
1000€ < item < 10000€	: 3 Tokens
10000€ < item < 100000€	: 4 Tokens
100000€ < item	: 5 Tokens

Example: An Advanced Search that returned 27 items cheaper than 100€, other 189 items cheaper than 1000€ and other 86 items cheaper than 10000€ would be charged: 27*1 + 189*2 + 86*3 = 663 Riloop Tokens.

Can I use Riloop for free?

Yes! Just sign in and enjoy the free features listed above. Even logged out, you're able to conduct limited research.

What is a Riloop Token?

That's the currency fueling Riloop's PRO features listed in above rate card (eg. Advanced Search). They are debited from your account whenever you decide to use them, until your Tokens get eventually all consumed.

How do I get Riloop Tokens?

Get new Tokens each month by subscribing to Riloop PRO. Set the number of Tokens credited and billed monthly.

How safe is the payment ?

Fully secure! You never send any sensitive personal nor financial information to Riloop as Paddle manages all the transaction. They are one of the leading online payment gateways.

How can I cancel my Riloop PRO subscription?

Cancel anytime from the Billing section of your user area (click on the top-right corner user icon). Downgrade to free plan will happen and delete any remaining Tokens from your account at the end of the paid period.

Do I lose my Tokens if I don't consume them at the end of the month?

As long as you stay subscribed, your Tokens accumulate in your account indefinitely month after month. If you eventually cancel your subscription, your account credit will be reset automatically at the end of the paid period.

Do you provide money-back guarantee?

Not at the moment. Riloop basic features are free to use with no limit of time. We believe this gives you enough opportunity to try the platform before your first Riloop PRO subscription. However, always feel free to reach out to us via the chat box so we make sure you quickly get the maximum value from Riloop.

What are the accepted payment methods?

For now, we accept Euro payments via credit card and PayPal.

Do you offer volume discount?
